粗细联自动输送系统用粗纱管脱落原因探讨

摘要:为解决与粗细联CMT1801型和FA1458型粗纱主机配套的445型塑料粗纱管在自动输送时脱落的问题,介绍粗细联粗纱主机工作原理、吊锭结构及445型粗纱管的特征;详细分析445型粗纱管的结构、配用吊锭质量、输送导轨弯道角度及运输速度4因素对粗纱管输送效果的影响,并提出设计和改进措施。指出:合理设计粗纱管顶孔直径,合理选配吊锭杆尺寸、二支片打开宽度、推力弹簧弹力,采用变频或软启动运输电机,合理设计输送粗纱管导轨弯道角度可解决粗纱管脱落问题;粗细联的设计和应用是系统工程,应通过主机制造企业、配套器材制造企业和纺织企业共同努力、全盘思考,不断完善粗细联技术,提升粗细联主机质量和性能稳定性。

Probing into the Causes of Roving Bobbin Slippage on Automatic
Conveying System of Roving and Spinning Unit

Abstract:In order to solve the slippage problem of plastic roving bobbins 445 on the roving frames CMT1801 and FA1458 on the roving and spinning unit in the process of automatic conveying,the working principle of roving frame,the structure of suspended spindle and the characteristics of roving bobbin 445 are introduced.The structure of roving bobbin 445,the quality of suspended spindle,the bending angle of conveying guide rail and the conveying speed are analyzed in details.The impact of the results and the design and improvement measures are put forward.It is pointed out that the problem of bobbin slippage can be solved by wise design of the diameter of top hole of the bobbin,reasonably selecting the size of the blade of the suspended spindle,opening width of two pieces,thrust spring elasticity,adopting frequency conversion or soft starting transport motor,reasonably designing the bend angle of guide rail of conveying roving bobbin;the design and application of roving connection is a system engineering,which should be carried out by main machine manufacturing enterprises,matching equipment manufacturing enterprises and textile enterprises.With joint efforts and overall consideration,the industry has continuously improved the technology of roving spinning unit,and improved the quality and stability of the main engine of roving spinning unit.
